2020 AGM cancelled

The 2020 AGM has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus.

The Trustees have given the matter very careful consideration, with the health and safety of our members and staff our paramount concern. We are conscious that some of our members like to make early plans to attend the AGM and we also have to plan and commit costs to the venue. Given the current restrictions and the uncertainty over the timing of when these may be lifted, the Trustees decided to provide some certainty and to cancel the AGM.

We will publish the Report & Accounts, along with the usual slides and speeches at the AGM from the Chairman, the Investment Sub-committee Chair and the Secretary later in the year on the Scheme website as usual (all will also continue to be available on request to the Scheme Secretary).

We will write to all members in the autumn with extracts of the Report & Accounts, including the Chairman’s statement and key statistics and providing members will have the opportunity to submit any questions they have about the running of the Scheme or the Report & Accounts.
