The 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme (BCSSS) will be held in Nottingham on Thursday 30 September 2021. For the first time the AGM will also be live streamed online for members unable to attend in person.

The date: Thursday 30 September 2021 from 1.00 pm; formal business starting at 2.00 pm
The venue: Nottingham Conference Centre, Nottingham, NG1 4BU and online on YouTube.
In the unfortunate event of not being able to hold a face-to-face meeting, the AGM will still be held on YouTube.
All BCSSS members are welcome to attend the AGM, either in person or via the internet, to hear the Trustees and Scheme officials provide updates about the Scheme. All members will also have the opportunity to ask the Trustees questions during the meeting.

Additionally, if you would like to submit either a question or a resolution for consideration, please ensure that you do so in writing by 13 September, again using the details above.
For members attending in person, tickets will be issued in late August, together with a copy of the Scheme’s Report and Accounts for the year to 31 March 2021.
Members registering to attend online will also receive a copy of the Scheme’s Report and Accounts for the year to 31 March 2021 in August. A private YouTube link to the AGM will be emailed to these members on the day of the AGM.
